First, kudos to Millwood for a great couple of starts.Trade him now, for what you can get.  This club does not need Millwood next year, not because he might not be their best pitcher, but because he is not their future.No good can come of the Millwoods and Padillas of the world throwing innings that younger players, who might be part of the future, need to develop properly.Plan, beginning now, on going into 2009 with a rotation of McCarthy, Feldman, Harrison, Hurley and Nippert, with Nippert doing double duty as a long guy and the others pitch every 5th day like clockwork.  Commit to…
