SEC DebutsAt the two new campuses in the SEC, the ESPN trucks will be rolling in and Faurot Field and Kyle Field will be packed with fans as Texas A&M hosts #24 Florida(2:30 PM-ESPN) and Missouri hosts #7 Georgia(6:45 PM-ESPN2).
After watching Florida's offense against Bowling Green, it seems like the Gators will continue to struggle moving the football this season. I do like the move to name Jeff Driskell as the starter at quarterback though. …

I was off of work yesterday so I did not blog about the Cardinals 4-1 win over the Marlins in Opening Day, Part 2 but it will be mentioned today....
Game of the Day: Detroit 3, Boston 2
It looks like Justin Verlander hasn't missed a beat with his 8 shutout innings in the opener for both teams. Verlander's stat line was 8 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 7 K, 1 BB. Jose Valverde blew the save on a Ryan Sweeney double to right, however the Tigers got the win on a single by Austin Jackson. What a great way for the season to start!
