Every year we hear the stories about the coaches in the hot seat. But sadly It's true I hate to say it so for Wade it's no different he has the talent around him It's time to get over that hump and win that playoff game once he get's there. So hopefully he already knows the expectations are real high for this team. I don't want my team to be a bunch of underachievers.
