Per the Times ballpark blog, the Rays have made public their latest environmental statement. In it, they have found ways to drastically reduce the amount of landfill required to make the ballpark fit. The basic outline (with pictures): The original plan, as released publicly, required 1.05 acres of dredging and filling.
