It's the bottom of the 10th inning and... I can't believe I'm actually watching an MLB All-Star game that means something. Wait, I can't believe it's in extra innings and I'm watching some of the most exciting ball being played and it's an MLB All-Star game!!!Uggla doubled out during the 10th inning, leaving Russell Martin (Go Dodgers!!!) stranded on third - then started the bottom of the inning with two straight errors... ugh, Uggla. Dodgers - Saito Out, Who's In?

Over the weekend, the Dodgers lost their closer (Saito) to injury... hopefully, the All-Star Break will be enough time for Saito to rehab and comeback from his, "tightness"... but what if he's not ready?  Who should the Dodgers turn to as their temporary closer? How about Chan Ho Park?  (Now I know what many of you are thinking... he's a has-been, gives up too many homeruns, dude's still pitching???)... but, comparing the stats of CHP to the rest of the bullpen, he does make sense.  He's sporting a 2.63 ERA (as of this posting)... and that might…

Celtics-Lakers Game 6

I know this is a late post - but I needed some time to recover from the fantastic failure of the Lakers in Game 6.  I predicted that the Celtics would win - but I didn't think they would destroy us.  The frustration of the Lakers' inability (or, lack of drive) got so bad ~ I didn't know how to react.   You have to hand it to Boston, THEY WANTED IT MORE.  Posey, House, Rondo, etc.  I can't remember the last time I witnessed a professional team in the modern era, seemingly put their bodies in harm's way to win.  Granted, they didn't need…
