Now MLB wants more answers from A-Rod, really? What A-Rod needs to do is file a lawsuit and name MLB, the union, and Bud Selig as defendents. I ask for the release of the other 103 players on that list, in addition to all records indicating anyone who has tested positive for PED's over the last ten years. The test was supposed to be anonymous, it wasn't. The tests were supposed to be destroyed, they weren't. I have spent the better part of the last couple days reading about the A-Rod saga and I've come to the conclusion that most of the sports writers out there are no better than the people that blog here and elsewhere on the net. I'm astounded at all the "sports journalists" that now see it as their job to dissect every word that A-Rod utters and construct timelines (more detailed than the Kennedy assassination) to disprove his statements. Brett Favre retires! And this time it looks like it's for real and as I predicted it was Peter King who broke this story. Actually I thought it would either be Peter King or Greta Van Sustern who would break the story. Instead of prolonging back and forth comments on your blog post, I figured I would just leave a comment here. Perhaps, we can just agree to disagree on some topics concerning America. I say that in a peaceful manner and not with any hostile intent. Please take it as a friendly suggestion, to look into the writings of Howard Zinn, and specifically his book, A People's History of the United States of America, as well as many books by Johnathan Kozol. I offer you those two writers/historians only to show you where I am coming from in some of my views of America. Again, I am a Patriot, but no way a Nationalist. I love my country, but know it can be much much better, and much kinder and show empathy to the world, as well as to its own citizens, beyond the white anglo saxon upper class.
