by Pitt Panther As you can probably tell from my name, I'm a big fan of the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt).  I read a story on ESPN about a month ago about Mike Cook.  Cook was the Panthers' starting small forward for the 2006-07 season and for the first 11 games in the 2007-08 season.  In the 11th game of the season against Duke, he suffered a season ending knee injury in OT of Pitt's epic game against Duke at Madison Square Garden.For a player to receive a medical redshirt and an extra year of eligibiliy, he must've played 30% or fewer of his team's…
