For those of you who watched the game Saturday night or even just saw the score of this game, let me say WOW!!! I'm a die hard Alabama Fan and was not expecting this to be a blowout. I thought it would be a tough fought game decided in the 4th quarter, but what happened was a lopsided game that was pretty much decided at the end of the first quarter.(John Parker Celebrating The first Touchdown of the Game to go up 13-0)34-10 was the last thing i expected for the game to be.        Saturday, August 30th. The first day of the 2008 college football season. It's Alabama vs. Clemson on ABC at 8:00 (7:00 central) Its both teams opener in the Georgia Dome. The game is at a neutral site, but clemson in the home team, Alabama is away. Clemson has a very good QB in Cullen Harper and two good running backs in James Davis and C.J Spiller. John Parker Wilson is going to be a senior this year. And I have confidence in him that he'll be more consistent and a better QB than last year. He should do better with McElwain's style of offense than he did with Major Applewhite's. And the big word on every Alabama fans mind is "consistency". Saban talked about it last year and how John Parker needs to be more consistent, and this year, he's going to do just that. When he's on, the whole team is clicking, but if he's off, we play bad.
