I know I ranted abut the trade of manny ramirez but after the last two games, Im starting to come around. Jason Bay has basically won two games for us with his remarkable hitting. I still am upset to lose the greatest ball player in manny but I got to give Jason Bay the due respect he so far deserves. Maybe we can make it to the playoffs without manny. I just hope it doesnt come down to facing him in the world series. One comforting thought is that we wont see much play time against manny and the dodgers. Im sorry but the trade of manny was stupid. I cannot believe the red sox did this. Just because manny runs his mouth a little so what, we want a championship. Some of you fans may think that Jason Bay is a good trade for manny but i think it is a slap in the face to the fans that have marveled at the fact that Manny has contributed us with the best of talent and two world championships. red sox appreciation

The best moment of the red sox organization in my opinion was not when we finally eliminated the yankees in the 04 alcs series or the two championships thereafter. Althogh those were great marvels in red sox history, one moment stands out more to me. This year on opening day the red sox invited a man who became the most hated man in boston when he made the error of the century at first base that allowed the new york mets to take the 86 world series.
