Ethan Peters

I'm Ethan Peters and live in the great state of Alabama. The best thing about living here is that we have no professional sports teams. Therefore, I'm free to like any team I choose, wherever they may be. So I like a team from Florida (the Miami Dolphins), Arizona (the D-Backs) and New Jersey (the Nets). At the college level I'm a big Auburn Tigers fan (WAR EAGLE) and completely despise the Crimson Tide. The way Nick Saban left MY Dolphins for MY ARCH-NEMESIS really ticks me off. In basketball collegiately I like AU but also pull for the underdog UAB Blazers. I love sports and can't get enough of them.

I want to wish everybody a Happy Fourth of July!!!  Let's all remember the troops fighting for our freedom all over the world (even if we don't agree with the politics in DC) and that this is the birthday of the best country of the world.  God Bless America!

The Perfect Trade For Kobe...And the Lakers.

Kobe Bryant recently reiterated his desire to be traded from the Los Angeles Lakers.  Kobe wants to go to a contender, but the Lakers are asking for young talent that teams (like the Bulls) are too hesitant to give up.  I personally feel that the perfect trade for not only Kobe, but also the Lakers, would be to the Charlotte Bobcats.  This is how the trade would go down:  The Lakers would send Kobe and their second round pick to Charlotte for Sean May, Raymond Felton, Gerald Wallace, Adam Morrison, and the Bobcats first round 2007 Draft pick.  This is…

Defensive ends in the National Football League can change the game in an instant with a big sack or any play that goes for a loss.  Here's my top ten at this position.1.  Jason Taylor, Dolphins:  Taylor is a very athletic guy that can play end or OLB.  He had 13.5 sacks and two interceptions (both which were returned for touchdowns) en route to the Defensive Player of the Year Award.2.  Julius Peppers, Panthers:  When Peppers is on, I don't know if any tackle in the league can block him.  He supposedly had an "off" year in 2006, but still…
