Marijuana admissions should not be troubling

Last week, it was reported that top NFL prospects Gaines Adams, Calvin Johnson, and Amobi Okoye all admitted during interviews that they had tried marijuana, but had never failed a drug test. While this might be a red light to many in a league trying to crack down on behavior problems (especially for people who have been considered high-character), it shouldn't be. The number one reason to look over these admissions is that they seem to be a one-time deal. The fact that none of these players ever failed a drug test would point to that.
