Sandy your Underpants are smelling fruity. Take a few minutes and do some research. You will discover that Penn State is 22-13-0 when playing against that ???powerful??? Big-12 Conference. They are a modest 16-16-0 when playing against that powerful Southeastern Conference. That translates into a record of 38-29-0 when playing against these powerhouse conference teams. Penn State is an honorable 94-64-2 when playing within their own conference against Big-10 opponents. Penn State can play with any team in the country and represent themselves well.
