I grew up in Philly and now live in Wilmington Delaware. I am a Penn State graduate and a huge philly sports fan. I also love to root against every team that is not based in Philly. I am a reluctant fantasy football junky. I tell myself that i am going to quit all three leagues every year, but alas i never do.

Baseball is a sport that is unlike all sports. We all know the deal: baseball requires strategy, intelligence, skill, blah blah blah. But what is often overlooked is what can be achieved in baseball by all walks of life. It is time for us to stop feeling sorry for fans. No more sympathy. Am i the only one who wanted to vomit every time a red sox fan cried about their "curse"?
