My ranking of potential Winter Classic/outdoor NHL regular season events- from best idea to worst:1. Boston: Fenway Park, Habs v Bruins... make it so2. NYR: Rangers v Islanders... it would be 10x more intense than Giants v Jets3. Toronto: Leafs v Habs... even if the MLS stadium is only 20,000 or whatever (Rogers Centre has NO drainage)4. Detroit: Wings v Penguins... 2 most entertaining teams5. Edmonton: Oilers v Flames... would be amazing6. Vancouver: Canucks v Leafs or Canadiens... national audience would love it7. The Toronto Maple Leafs should get a jump on Vincent LeCavalier's impending free agency following 2008... I suggest trading Kaberle or McCabe + Steen + Raycroft straight up for Vinny this season.Tampa will not be in another bidding war for him, they will want something in return, Toronto will manage the cap space giving up one of Kaberle or McCabe, & Justin Pogge can slide into Raycroft's backup role as soon as it's completed.Mats Sundin will probably be done in Toronto & the Leafs need, should want, to anchor their team with another top flight guy like LeCavalier down the…
