This is how I feel about NASCAR's duels and whole qualifying procedures for the 500. They talk about saving the teams money and all, but I don't think they realize the cost of having to do a couple of practice sessions for qualifying day on Sunday and then run the practices for the duels and then, should you make it in, it's practice for the 500. The costs to keep your team there and/or fly them back the few days they aren't running is out of hand. Here is my solution to the above issue and I think other fans would like it as well.
