O.K. people, my Sooners done went and blown it again so now another year of listening to the "Big Game Bob" and "Chokelahoma" hits.  Hey, it took the basketball team 6 straight losses to Texas before last nights beat down so maybe we'll have to lose 1 more BCS game before we can actually end that skid.  At least the Sooners actually showed up this time.  How in the world does the most prolific offense in college football history not score inside the 10, TWICE?  First of all, give huge amounts of credit to the FLorida defense.  They made the…

I live outside of Baton Rouge, La., in the country, so I believe this gives me "street cred" to post this.  Yesterday afternoon I was outside working with the radio on out of New Orleans and sum idiot calls in with, "how are ya'll guys doing?"  I said, "what?"  There is no "ya'll guy!"  It is either ya'll or you guys.  Period.  You cannot use both.  This brings up an interesting sports thought.  Pretenders versus Contenders.  In more simpler terms for all of us "sports guys and gals" to…

What is your major mulfunction, Numbnuts?  Well, let me tell you.  First of all, had Oregon State decided to show up in their last game against Oregon, we would have all been blessed last night with the complete trashing of Texas by USC.  I'm so pissed that I didn't get to see Colt McCoy "feel" a little Brian Cushing.  So that would eliminate all of the whining by the babies from Austin.  It's said that a team is a reflection of their coach.  Case in point, USC and Pete Carroll and point #2 Texas and Mack Brown.  This proof solidifies…
