I love all PHILLY teams like the Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, and Flyers. One of the these days we will win it all. My favorite college programs are Notre Dame and Penn State.

Many professional athletes can retire pretty much whenever they want. Thats not like most Americans who will give whatever they have for that kind of freedom. I mean, if Matt Ryan wanted to, he could wait until his contract is up and just retire. Enter: Brett Favre, the 17 year NFL vet, who is a sure Hall of Famer and will see his bust in Canton sooner rather than later has said he wanted to come back. Unfortunately, for Brett his old team, the Green Bay Packers don't want him. (Sound familiar, Jeff Bagwell.) There are many different arguements ranging across…

So, here are a few facts to back-up my statement.Six Division I schools in the city. Six! I know down in North Carolina they are a hot-bed for hoops but nothing comes close to the tradition of the Big 5 and the Penn Palestra. I mean, for those who have been, there is nothing better than that. Villanova, St. Joes, Penn, Temple and La Salle make up the Big 5 with Drexel…

The Philadelphia 76ers have made a huge deal in getting Elton Brand. I think I speak for all Sixers Fans when I say I hope he delivers and gets us deep in the playoffs. However, the Sixers did absolutely nothing in helping their dead-last 3 pt. shooting % last year. They needed big man help and got it, now lets get a perimeter shooter and with our almost-potent fastbreak game, our half-court offense could put up plenty of points also with a balanced inside-out philosophy. opinions?
