Hello, I'm a former member of the United States Army. I enjoy sports, they got me through some tough times. I enjoy the game of baseball, and I liked the Yankees as a kid, but it's hard to like a team that tries to buy a title every year. As for football americano, I love the Patriots. I have since the Bill Parcell's years, they were my first favorite pro sports team. As for basketball and hockey, I root for Philadelphia teams if I'm watching because I lived up there for awhile, but don't really care for the sports themselves too much. I love a good throwdown, that is the main reason I got on this site, however it is fun to comment on other peoples' blogs and throwdowns as well.

I would like to take this opportunity to discuss what is NOT harmful about smoking. Many people only talk about the negative aspects of smoking, however, there are far worse habits. Take for instance, the number one killer in the U.S. is heart disease. The number one contributor to heart disease is obesity. Where are all the health taxes and crusades against Trans and Saturated Fats?! I want all Big Mac's OUTLAWED!
So the Surgeon General warns that smoking may kill? News flash: Non-Smokers die everday.
Much is said about all the carcinogens and harmful chemicals that make up a…

The NFL is guilty of contributing to monopolizing goods and services it's league offers. For a league that has grown through its' fan base, they do not seem to care about their fans at all.
The NFL has started off small. Do you remember the days when we could buy "Starter" NFL Jersey's for $40? I do. Now if my son wants a jersey of his favorite NFL Player, I have to pay a minimum of $70 for a print jersey that he will outgrow in a year. Why? Because the NFL has an exclusive deal with Reebok. Reebok produces every NFL jersey. Why? Because Reebok paid the NFL a ton of money, which to me,…

The title of my blog probably made a few of you wonder what the heck was going on. The point of my blog, is to get a reaction based on steroids and star players in football.
Basically, how would the league and us as fans react if someone like Tom Brady or Peyton Manning were to be busted using HGH or even something like Clomid? Would we throw the faces of the league into a pit, forever labeling them as cheaters? I don't know.
What I do know is the fact that steroids in baseball are way more publicized and disciplined than they are in the NFL. Shawn Merriman gets caught using them and…
