Kevin Bertram

Name is Noam. Or Kevin. Whatever. My nickname is Noam. It was given to me by friends of mine when I was found reading books written by linguistics professor Noam Chomsky. It sort of stuck. Plays in well with the "gnome" theme, and also Nome, Alaska. A very versitile nickname, if you ask me. You probably will only see me comment on NBA basketball posts. Unfortunately, I am not a very, uh, well-rounded sports fan. For all purposes, I live in Phoenix, so I have a little bit (just a little) bias towards the Phoenix Suns. I also like the Memphis Grizzlies. There really isn't any NBA teams that I don't like. Lakers fans can sometimes get under my skin because of their sheer arrogance, and the Spurs are annoying because they kick, the, uh, something out of the Suns everytime they meet in the playoff. I have it marked on my calender the day that the Suns will once again lose to the Spurs. I also go to some NHL Coyotes games from time to time (I live 10 minutes from the arena), but I'm not a huge fan. I'm into 90's rock, often referred to as "grunge," so I'm able to talk to you about that as well. I am just about to enter an university. I hope to be an university professor some day. History and Geography are my specialties. If I don't answer your mail or respond to comments often, it is probably because I am working on AP work. Sorry.
