Now with half the season over, and the Patriots dropping a rare two straight games, Vinnie Testaverde has come out of retirement, once again, and signed with them...will this help them? I doubt it!

I was just curious.  I was watching a game and my team punted the ball and downed it 2 inches from the goal line why did the ref place the ball about the 1 yard line.He clearly saw where the ball was downed or was the ball touched before it got 2 inches from the goal line. . I can't find any rules where it clearly defines where the ball must be placed.  I mean, if the player is downed by contact at the 10 1/2 yard line, shouldn't the ball be placed there, and not either the 10 or the 11?  I have noticed that the ball is either moved up or moved…

During one of last week's games, one of the announcers made the comment that T.O. just set a new NFL record for having scored three TD's in one game for three different teams... is that a record that one should be proud about? Yes, scoring three TD's in one game is a great feat but to have it happen with three different teams?? C'mon now, that shows he can't play nice with others (and listen to management)if he has done it with  three different teams...now if he causes problems in Dallas and is let go, should he be allowed to join yet another team?
