THE NCAA SHOULD BE REALIGNED INTO SIX REGIONS OF 24 or 25 teams, broken down into 4 to 5 divisions.
Each having team classifications based on revenue base, with title 9 the women's program can support some of the men's program's, you believe that's going to happen?

A teams number of home games is to be base on it's ability to raise income.
Example: Tenn, Michigan, Penn St. and Ohio St. get 100,000+ per game @ $50 per ticket
average home game income $3million, away brings $1million.
