Yeah - what the heck is going on with the DBacks. Talk about cold bats. I have never seen this big a slump on a whole team. Good thing they are NL West, right now no one team seems to want to win. And now I am really worried about the Cubs, Soriono out for 6 weeks. Ouch!!

At the end of April I invisioned the NLCS game to be the Diamondbacks beating out the Cubs but then the Dbacks spiraled out in May as the Cubs kept pushing forward as the top team in baseball still. So I think this may be the year for Cubs. Kind of a movie like presence with it also. 100 year anniversary of the last title and the Cubs thrive to get the gold.

Is this the year? The Cubbies just keep winning! But I can't help but wait for the meltdown. The memories of 1969, 1984, 1989, and 2003 haunt me.
