I'm a freshman at Temple University, majoring in Broadcast Journalism hoping to be a sports caster or writer. As you can probably already tell, I'm a Philly fan. Hockey is my favorite sport...yes, you read that right, hockey. October-June are consumed of it.

Ok, i kno its like 5.5 games in so far, but being 4-1(soon to be 5-1) is something that hardly anyone expected, including myself. youd think the frist few weeks would be the time where the team truly began to mesh, but they have been playing good from the start. theres are what i think is giving them their good start1) goaltending....there isnt much to say other than biron has been solid so far. a gaa under 2 and a save % around 940 is a great start. hes truly making himself look like a true #1 man, even thou many people questioned that.2) defense....the new guys like smith and timmonen have…
