The Baltimore Ravens are coming off their first shutout since 2006 as they defeated the Browns 16-0 on Monday Night Football. The Ravens did nothing spectacular and won the game their old-fashioned way - defense. Dawan Landry had an interception for a touchdown and the defense, as a whole, kept Brady Quinn and the Browns offense out of the game.

In front of a national audience on Monday Night Football, the Baltimore Ravens defeated the Cleveland Browns in what was their first shutout win in nearly three years. November 26th, 2006 was the last time the Ravens held the opponent scoreless as they torched the Steelers 27-0.
It was a snooze-fest for all fans of football on Monday Night, though. The Ravens played down to the Browns' level and the Browns played... well ... like normal. The Baltimore Orioles finished the 2009 season with a 64-98 record which put them in last place in the AL East and 39 games out of first place. In fact, they were 11 games out of 4th place. The record went down as the worse one for the Birds since 2001 when they only won 63 games. However, you can not blame them seeing as how they made the motion toward the future in the middle of the season; but that is a topic for another time.
