I've been an NBA fan my whole life. I started watching the NBA when Magic and Bird were having the best playoff games ever imagined. I cheered my heroes on. Loved Magic, Worthy, and Kareem. I pulled for Bird to beat his Airness so more Lakers and Celtics could be seen.Naturally that carried over to me rooting for the western conference against the bad boys, and Jordan.Fast forward to last season, and you have all sorts of great playoff performances.
