Gailey needs to get back to coaching in the pros!  Either that, or leave Bond the hell alone! I like what Bond and Tenuta are doing.  Tenuta is a genius, he just needs to motivate a little (ok, a lot) better.  But his adjustments at halftime and between quarters have been great.  Bond has been good, but not great, IMO.  I like the mix of play calls, I just wish that Bennet would have some more confidence.  Personally, I think the second half of UMD is what we can expect from the offense the rest of the season (maybe not quite that good, but some mix like…

Tashard Choice, RB, GT  For 2007, check out his stats compared to the other top backs (Steve Slaton, Darren McFadden, etc.).  Tashard Choice - 306 yrds rushing, 39 yrds receiving, 4 TDs. Two games played. Steve Slaton - 255 yrds rushing, 63 yrds receiving, 5 TDs. Two games played. Darren McFadden - 151 yrds rushing, 30 yrds recieving, 1 TD.  One game played. He has more yards per game than of these other two "better" (more hyped) backs.  The biggest difference is when you look at the yards per 4 quarters. Tashard Choice - 306 yards rushing, 39 yards…

Seriously, you'd think none of them watched their precious ND get stomped on for four quarters, and yet all they can talk about is ND's QB situation, and that their defense looked slightly better than last years and that their O-Line looked atrocious.They were going against a team that returns 17 of 22 starters (19 of 24 if you include the kickers) and 8 of the 11 on defense.  This is not a bad team.In fact, I would be able to easily argue that GT's win over ND was far more impressive than USC's win over Idaho.  USC had better players, a huge amount of seniors…
