If you are a real Eagles fan, you would know that this move is nothing new. Many of the moves made in the past angered fans who did not understand but each proved to be the right one in the long run. The fact remains that despite the Axman's experience and locker room presence, he was getting slower. He was ineffective against the run and his knees were chronically limiting his range. The young guys will have to step up...isn't that an expectations for everyone?
