For those of you that have been waiting for nearly 6 months for a new post, I must apologize. This summer was very stressful between a job I hated and prepping to leave for school in the fall I never updated. Oh and then the whole going to college adjustment thing happened and now I have finals next week. Either way I remembered all of a sudden that, HOLY **** I HAVE A BLOG! Today was an interesting day. I learned that the NFL is essentially abondoning it's foreign exposure gameplan and are now going to try to sell the game to the international market on only select occasions. And boy am I pissed.This is the NFL, in my opinion the flagship of US sports. It is our soccer, our rugby, and it's something that needs to be shared with the world. NFL Europa was a good idea on paper, but it failed to produce the popularity for our football that is had across the world for Europe's futbol. And that was the goal right. In The Begining

As an aspiring sports writer, the easiest way to gain attention is to blog. Bill "The Sports Guy" Simmons did it, and look at him now, he writes for ESPN, the pinnicale of sports journalism. So I signed up for FanNation, and got caught up with graduating (yea, I'm only going to be a FRESHMAN in college, but I'll find time to blog at least weekly), and starting work, and telling Miami of Ohio that I plan to make them my alma matter, etc. So while watching the draft and seeing my Bulls draft Joakim Noah, a player that I really don't like but can't quite figure out why…
